The Genghis Khan Seal Press, one of three known to date, this example has original paint and finish, truly the best example to date. At 17 pounds this is a large and heavy press, and examining the die seal attachment area appears to be of very early British origin. The press is named after what appears to be an obvious face, the body of the press.
The wooden handle also indicates its British heritage.
